Eligibility
• Due to hygiene, skincare products cannot be returned if opened/used.
• Returns accepted only if:
• Wrong product delivered
• Product damaged/defective on arrival
• Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

Refunds
Refund - Once the refund request is approved, The Refunded Amount will be processed and credited within 10 days to the original mode of payment.
• Refunds for prepaid orders → same payment method.
• Refunds for COD orders → via bank transfer.
You can initiate for a return within 7 days of delivery
Damaged / replaced products will be delivered to your within 7 days
